Join the movement for sustainable water solutions: Call for proposals is opened!
Water Wise Societies program, part of the broader Impact Innovation initiative by the Swedish Energy Agency, Formas, and Vinnova, offers an opportunity to contribute to a systemic shift in sustainable water management. This call for proposal is aimed at diverse stakeholders from various sectors and organizations who are eager to collaborate on impactful projects that benefit humanity, society, business, and the environment.
What can you apply for?
The program seeks collaborative projects that address societal challenges aligned with the Water Wise Societies mission, “Sustainable Water for All by 2050,” and its sub-goals. The initiative focuses on feasibility studies that will lay the groundwork for future projects and investments within the program.
Who can apply?
Eligible participants include actors across the entire water management spectrum—from source to sea—encompassing public sector entities, businesses, research organizations, institutes, and civil society groups. Project teams must consist of at least three partners, including at least one key stakeholder.
Funding details:
Projects can apply for a maximum grant of 500,000 SEK, covering up to 80% of project costs. The total budget for this call is 7 million SEK, and the project duration can be up to six months.
